Serves as client service manager to all lines of business. Implements and maintains internal client awareness efforts, client appreciation and annual recognition programs. Implements tools to measure client satisfaction among all lines of business resulting in continued business improvement. The Client Services Manager is responsible for maintaining an internal service award program for excellent customer service provided by DoctorDirectory employees.
Responsiblities include:
Executes a customer service strategy that embeds client-focused thinking into the day-to-day operations
Implements efforts to raise awareness of our customers – to put a face on the customer through recognition programs that include quarterly customer service bulletin, client profiles and lunch-and-learns
Deploys regular satisfaction measurement programs for each line of business that track individual customer satisfaction metrics and result in actionable items to continually improve level of customer service provided:

Participates in client debriefs and partnership reviews
Continually reviews process and provides feedback to sales and production teams in order to increase efficiencies
Works directly with operations, marketing and sales personnel in an effort to ensure customers’ needs are met and improvements recommended by clients are implemented

4 years of Client Service experience

The person in this role will be part of a small IT team dedicated to ensuring that the products and services we deliver are completed on time with high quality. The person in this role will also interact with project managers, marketing staff and others to determine accurate delivery of products, recommend process improvements, and actively engage with other team members for cross training and knowledge sharing opportunities.
Degree in computer science or information technology, or 3+ years working in IT
1–2 years working with SQL Server 200X databases writing queries and analyzing data, currently using SQL 2012

Experience working within Visual Studio a plus
Ability to troubleshoot HTML and JavaScript and coordinate with the Graphic Design Team for quality control
Understanding and practical working knowledge of database architecture, security, and data integrity and quality

Experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical industry useful
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work in a team environment
Proven ability to read and follow written instructions for delivery of product on behalf of clients
High degree of effectiveness in multi-tasking in a scheduled environment with incredible attention to detail
