Clifford Donnelly

Clifford Donnelly has been a director since 1998 and the Board Chairman since 2005. Mr. Donnelly has a wealth of healthcare management and finance experience. Mr. Donnelly is currently a private investor in a variety of small businesses. From 1999 to 2001 he served as Chief Financial Officer of Magellan Health Services, Inc. From 1988 to 1997, Mr. Donnelly was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Physician Corporation of America. Previously, Mr. Donnelly was Chief Financial Officer of American Business Journals, a chain of weekly business journals. Mr. Donnelly was an audit manager for Fox & Company, a public accounting firm, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Jay Grobowsky

Jay Grobowsky has served as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer since 2007 and a director of the Company since 2000. Mr. Grobowsky joined DoctorDirectory.com, Inc. in 1998 as its Chief Financial Officer, later becoming its President and Chief Operating Officer. Previously, from 1994 to 1997, he was Vice President, Corporate Finance of Physician Corporation of America through its sale to Humana, Inc. From 1986 to 1994, Mr. Grobowsky was employed by KPMG Peat Marwick, Certified Public Accountants, working primarily in the firm’s healthcare practice. Mr. Grobowsky holds a Bachelor’s of Commerce in Marketing and Accounting from Queen’s University, is a Canadian Chartered Accountant and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Elias Hourani

Elias Hourani, MD has been a director since 1998. Dr Hourani is currently an investor in a variety of ventures and an active portfolio manager. From Nov. 2002 to Jan. 2013 Dr Hourani was the Chief Operating Officer of Pulse Systems, Inc., a leading medical office management software developer which was acquired by Cegedim in 2010. Previously, Dr Hourani served in various capacities at a number of healthcare companies including President and Chief Operating Officer of PCA Family Medical Centers, Inc.; Chief Executive Officer of Physicians First, Inc.; President and Chief Operating Officer of PCA Healthplans of Florida, Inc. and PCA Family Healthplan, Inc. Prior to his involvement in corporate management and following Medical School, Dr Hourani was in full time surgical practice following specialization in surgery at the University of Kansas School of Medicine and completion of a fellowship in Burn and Trauma surgery at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque.

Peter Kilissanly

Peter Kilissanly has been a board member since May 2004. Since 2007, Mr Kilissanly has been the Chairman and CEO of European Car Sales of America, Inc. and European Automotive, LLC. From 2007 to 2010, he was Chairman of the Board of Nurse Finders, Inc. From 2002 to 2007 he was Chief Executive Officer of National Healthcare Staffing, LLC a leading travel nurse and healthcare recruitment company that was acquired by Goldman Sachs. From 1998 to 2002, Mr. Kilissanly was President and Chief Executive Officer of Preferred Healthcare Staffing, Inc. and Chief Executive Officer of Preferred Employers Holdings, Inc. From 1987 to 1997 he was President and Chief Operating Officer of Physician Corporation of America, a large managed care organization which was sold to Humana, Inc. Mr Kilissanly earned a Master's degree in Public and Healthcare Administration from Wichita State University and a BA in Natural and Biological Sciences from Friends University.

Mike Sonnenberg

Mike Sonnenberg has been a director since 1998. Previously, Mr Sonnenberg was an associate professor of biology and environmental sciences at Montreat College. He earned a BA from Taylor University, a Master of Science from Michigan State University and a Master of Divinity from North American Baptist Seminary. Mr Sonnenberg has completed many hours of course work from Ball State University, New York University and the University of Alaska. Additionally, Mr Sonnenberg is an entrepreneur and private investor in many start-up companies.
